CORN CHOWDER
This comfort food is loved by even the fussiest eaters.
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp butter
3 cups corn
1.5 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
1.5 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
Directions:
1/2 cup celery, chopped

2 tbsp flour
Directions:
- Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
- Add corn, potatoes, water, bouillon cubes, and seasonings.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add flour to milk and blend well and add to soup along with cream.
- Heat until thickened and serve.
