Tzatziki Sauce
- Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch dill (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Directions:
- Mix the sour cream and yogurt (drain the yogurt first!) in a bowl
- Peel and grate the cucumber. Using a paper towel, drain as much water as you can.
- Mix cucumber with the sour cream and yogurt, and then add garlic, salt, olive oil and the spices to taste.
- Let flavours blend in fridge for an hour or so.
