SPINACH DIP
This is a classic appetizer recipe served at celebrations of all kinds.
1 pkg frozen Spinach (thawed, drained, soaked, chopped)
1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr)
1 - 7oz can waterchestnuts, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This may be served in a hollowed out pumpernickel bread. Veggies, crackers and pieces of bread can all be used for dipping.
