PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
These squares made with colorful marshmallows are usually on our Christmas baking list!
½ cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter 12 oz (340g, 2 cups) butterscotch chips 10 oz ( 284g, 6 cups) coloured marshmallows Melt the first 3 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Gently stir in the coloured marshmallows and put into an 8x8x2 glass pan. Cool and cut into 25-36 squares. Use parchment in the bottom of the pan if you want to lift it out of the pan for convenient freezing. |
