Greek Salad and Creamy Spicy Dressing Ingredients
Ø Pour the salad dressing into a small dish.
Ø Wash and prepare all of the vegetables.
Ø Assemble the lettuce, cucumber slices, onion slices, tomato wedges, and olives on a plate, and top with feta cheese.
Ø Drizzle on your homemade spicy greek-style dressing and serve.
- Romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
- 1 each green and red pepper, cut in chunks, about 1x1 inch
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tomato, cut in wedges
- 1 red onion, sliced
- A handful of black olives, drained
- Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1-2 tsp. sriracha hot sauce (depends how spicy you want it)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled (for dressing)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
