Flapjacks
This super easy recipe is very similar to crepes! We all have our own favourite toppings: butter and syrup or cream and sugar or butter and jam, even peanut butter with banana!

Ingredients:
9 large eggs 3 cups milk 1/4 cup oil 3 cups flour 3 tsp salt |
Directions:
1) Beat eggs, milk and oil. 2) Add flour and salt, mix well with whisk or electric mixer. 3) Heat a large skillet (or two so you can cook twice as fast). 4) Ladle batter into hot, lightly greased skillet and rotate pan quickly to create a thin flapjack that covers the skillet. 4) When edges are dry and begin to lift off pan, flip over and brown the other side. It only takes a minute or two for each side! |
