SAVOURY CHEESE SPREAD
This cheese spread needs to be made ahead to blend the flavours.
Take it out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving with crackers at a party.
250g cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
½ cup soft butter
3 tbsp green onion, chopped
3 tsp parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
Cream the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and butter together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.
