THAI NOODLE SALAD
This fantastic recipe was shared with us by the Guse family and we love it!
Thanks guys! Serve warm or cold!
For dressing combine:
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp honey
6 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp lime juice
(up to) 1 tbsp chrushed chili pepper flakes
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
chives, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
6 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cook one package Asian style egg noodles (i.e. rooster brand), drain (cut noodles if desired).
Add above combined ingredients. Toss/mix well.
Add any other ingredients, based on taste (shredded chicken, snow peas, matchstick carrots, etc).
Serve right away, warm, or refrigerate and serve cold.
